Despite catching them at a very busy time due to a trade show the owner promptly called me back and explained thoroughly about their whole package including a heat pump that I hadn’t considered before. This will save me loads of money in the future I expect. The added price of the pump including the amazing discount on the tub still knocked spots off other quotes I’d had from other companies. I was also made aware of a product that reduces chlorine in the tub that I was unaware. From initial contact to a fantastic and quick, seamless delivery and installation I have had no problems or concerns at all.
