If you’ve now decided on your hot tub, it’s time to turn our attention to the installation.
Preparing the site for installation is essential. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct base, electrical requirements and site clearance are in place prior to delivery.
Familiarise yourself here with the things you will need to consider. We are always on hand if there is anything you are unsure of.
Ensure you have measured the space you intend to install the hot tub. All the dimensions for the product you have ordered are available on the product page or via the downloadable technical specification sheets you will find there.
A sound and level base for the hot tub is essential. We would recommend concrete or reinforced decking – a filled hot tub can weigh a substantial amount. If you are unsure of the suitability of your desired base, please get in touch with us to discuss.
Allow easy access to all circuit breakers and RCD’s.
Access to the entire front panel of the spa (housing the spa equipment) will be necessary in order to carry out routine maintenance.
It is crucial that the correct power supply is in place to ensure the safe and efficient running of your new tub. Below you will find a diagram of how things will need to be set up prior to your installation.

Prior to delivery, guarantee the hot tub site is clear of mess and debris. Decking can be subject to scratches if planks or boards are not there to protect them as we position your hot tub. Whilst our qualified installers will endeavour to avoid this, it is your responsibility to provide the necessary safeguards to circumvent against this.
You will need to inform us if an existing hot tub needs to be removed in order to allow access for your installation. Extra charges will be incurred if this information is not communicated to us ahead of delivery.
