At Seatherny Outdoor Living Ltd, we understand some customers prefer to pay with finance, so we’ve partnered with established credit brokers, Ideal4Finance, to enable you to spread the cost with monthly payments.
Seatherny will accept any returns within 14 days of receipt.
A full refund will be issued within 7 working days following receipt of the goods back to us. Return postage & packing will be deducted from the refund amount unless this has been organised directly with a carrier of your choice. If the original packaging is not also returned, a repackaging fee will also be deducted from the refund along with a cleaning and sanitising fee. This will be confirmed to you at the point collection is arranged. It is advisable that prior to any return, you take photographs of the item in case any damage occurs during transit back to Seatherny. Please contact us on hello@seatherny.co.uk should you wish to organise a return.
Items can always be returned if they are defective. Opened items will be accepted back opened if defective. Seatherny must be informed of defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence if applicable. In this instance, a repair or partial refund will be agreed depending on the nature of the damage. Please note, damage to the step, cover or skirt will only warrant return if the items are unused.
To organise a return, please contact us directly on hello@seatherny.co.uk stating the reason for the return along with any evidence supporting your request. Please provide full details of the damage/fault and we will advise on the next steps to get this sorted for you.
I was in the market for small, compact hot tub and had shopped around with other companies before I came across Seatherny. Despite catching them at a very busy time due to a trade show the owner promptly called me back and explained thoroughly about their whole package including a heat pump that I hadn’t considered before. This will save me loads of money in the future I expect. The added price of the pump including the amazing discount on the tub still knocked spots off other quotes I’d had from other companies. I was also made aware of a product that reduces chlorine in the tub that I was unaware. From initial contact to a fantastic and quick, seamless delivery and installation I have had no problems or concerns at all.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. After contacting several hot tub companies, they were the only ones willing to help us. We knew absolutely nothing about hot tubs and were struggling to find a part we needed, but they took the time to listen, offer advice, and point us in the right direction.
What really stood out was their kindness and generosity. They actually gave us the part we needed free of charge as a goodwill gesture, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated. It’s rare to come across a business that genuinely wants to help rather than just make a sale.
