I was in the market for small, compact hot tub and had shopped around with other companies before I came across Seatherny. Despite catching them at a very busy time due to a trade show the owner promptly called me back and explained thoroughly about their whole package including a heat pump that I hadn’t considered before. This will save me loads of money in the future I expect. The added price of the pump including the amazing discount on the tub still knocked spots off other quotes I’d had from other companies. I was also made aware of a product that reduces chlorine in the tub that I was unaware. From initial contact to a fantastic and quick, seamless delivery and installation I have had no problems or concerns at all.
Looking forward to many relaxing night (and day) in my Thetis Lite.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough. After contacting several hot tub companies, they were the only ones willing to help us. We knew absolutely nothing about hot tubs and were struggling to find a part we needed, but they took the time to listen, offer advice, and point us in the right direction.
What really stood out was their kindness and generosity. They actually gave us the part we needed free of charge as a goodwill gesture, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated. It’s rare to come across a business that genuinely wants to help rather than just make a sale.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and thanks to their help we were able to get our hot tub up and running again. We can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service.
