Hydro Oden 2 Swim Spa. George, Hayley, Rory & Chris have been amazing. George’s knowledge of his product and efficiency in explanation has been brilliant. He’s about you the customer. Provides a quality product with sound advice. Does a lot to help. Did a telephone call answering questions. The heat pump is fantastic. The Swim Spa wow, amazing and so many features. Because of such good insulation all round the heat pump assists greatly in ensuring the water stays at temperature. The insulation of pipes and set up of Rory brilliant. Adam delivered the product. Crane lift went well over the garage and Swim Spa is a superb feature. Once full temperature rose with the heat pump functioning well that’s controlled by the App set up by Rory. Easy to understand looks fantastic. If you plan as George Suggests all goes very well. This a company who works for their customer. Outstanding service thanks all. We purchased the Poseidon elite Hot tub from George and Hayley at Seatherny Outdoor Living, and we are absolutely delighted with it. From our initial contact with George he was simply brilliant. Delivery and Installation was just great, the installation guys did a fantastic job, positioning the hot tub to where we wanted it to the mm. We had the delivery a few weeks ago and are using the hot tub frequently.
As first time buyers of a hot tub we had an issue with the heat pump (possible user error) but this was sorted within an hour of calling George, even though he was not in the UK when I called him.

We purchased our hot tub in advance of a major renovation and extension, with the intention it would be the cherry on top once the building project was complete. George was very helpful in finding us the exact style and size we wanted, at a great price, and then agreed to hold our hot tub with a deposit until we were ready for delivery. Building project isn’t done yet, but we couldn’t wait any longer for a bit of luxury. Hot tub was delivered efficiently, set up was fairly quick, and instruction about running and maintaining the hot tub was clear and easy to understand.
