Where do you deliver?
Nationwide. Free delivery is available within a 100 mile radius of our Chesterfield depot. Outside of this, delivery is charged at £2.10 a mile. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout stage. Alternatively, contact us for a quote.
What does the price shown include?
All our pricing includes a free heat preservation cover, steps, chemical starter kit and an extensive parts and labour warranty. If the delivery address is within a 100 mile radius of Chesterfield, delivery is also included in the price.
What do I need to prepare before my delivery?
In short, an appropriate electrical supply, suitable base for the hot tub and appropriate access. Our installation page contains detailed information on pre-delivery. However, we will talk you through every step of the way. If you are unsure of what you specifically need, call us on 0330 133 7798 and we will talk you through it.
Can you install the electrics for my hot tub?
Yes. We have a fully qualified electrical partner who can provide a quote for this.
How much access space do I need?
This depends on the size of the hot tub you order. All the dimensions for the hot tubs are listed on the product pages. If in doubt, call us on 0330 133 7798 and we can advise you.
How long will my delivery take?
We endeavour to make all deliveries within two weeks for in stock items. Special orders can take up to 8-10 weeks.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide an extensive 2 years parts and labour warranty on all our hot tubs. Full details can be found on our aftercare page.
