I bought this hot tub through a different distributor in Scunthorpe rather than directly from Seatherny Outdoor Living, and, in hindsight, that was a decision I regretted from day one. From placing the order to delivery, replacing the original hot tub that arrived damaged, arranging the heater installation twice (and still not right), and the overall communication, the experience with this company was -and still is, frustrating throughout.
What completely changed the experience, however, was the support from Seatherny, the manufacturer. George has been absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. Despite not buying directly from him, he went above and beyond to help at every stage, answering questions, resolving issues, and reassuring me whenever things went wrong. On two separate occasions, I was ready to return the hot tub altogether and buy elsewhere, and it was George’s support that convinced me to stick with it. That’s customer service at its very best. When the time comes to buy another hot tub, or for any other accessories for now, I will go directly to Seatherny without hesitation.
As for the hot tub itself, absolutely love it. It looks fantastic, is packed with excellent features, and the jets are powerful without being overwhelming, unless you want them to be of course! It’s incredibly spacious, yet surprisingly economical to run which has been a real bonus (far cheaper than my other hot tub that was half this size. This is not my first hot tub but I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve had.
I would thoroughly recommend both the hot tub itself and Seatherny. The hottub is first-class, and the customer support, knowledge, expertise, and overall experience provided by George are second to none.

We are new to the world of hot tub and spas and were very pleased, therefore, to have discovered Seatherny, a WhatSpa approved manufacturer and retailer from whom we purchased a Thetis Lite hot tub and a Poolex 7k air source heat pump. We visited the Seatherny showroom prior to purchasing and wet tested two tubs. The showroom is stunning with a wide range of tubs and accessories. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to buy – the products were essentially left to sell themselves. And they did. The tub and accessories we purchased are very good quality and have everything we need and more. Ordering, delivery and installation were seamless, timely, and carried out to a high standard. We have enjoyed using our tub for 10 days before writing this review. It has performed flawlessly, providing us with ample rest and relaxation. As newcomers to the world of tubs and spas we were unsure about what to buy and from whom. Our confidence in Seatherny was instantaneous and has not waned since. If you are considering a tub or any other outdoor living equipment I would recommend visiting Seatherny first – you’ll find them caring, kind, and competent!

Had a great service from this company. Arrived on time, great hot tub and answered any later questions very quickly. We run an air bnb Hillcot Glamping and the hot tub has been a huge hit for wonderful star gazing. It is taking a lot of use and still looks good and works well.
